Arrival to Amritsar and transfer to your hotel.
After breakfast we are expected to visit a private farmer family outside the city of Amritsar. The family shows us the fields, their village and gives us an insight into their lives. In the afternoon, visit a dairy farm before joining the guard detachment ceremony on the Indian-Pakistani border (Wagah Border) in the late afternoon.
In the morning you will visit the unique “Golden Temple” of Amritsar before heading to Hoshiarpur, the land of citrus fruits. Enjoy Indian hospitality with a local family. Overnight on the farm.
After a visit to the Regional Research Center for farming and lunch on a farm continue to Patiala. Enjoy an overnight stay in Bardari Palace. The building was built in 1876 in Mughal style and has served as a backdrop for several Indian films.
A day full of highlights awaits you. In the morning, visit two production companies for agricultural machinery. The production methods of these two companies couldn’t be more different. In the afternoon, visit the private farm of Imaan Singh Mann, the son of a well-known Indian politician. In the evening arrival in Chandigarh.
Train ride from Chandigarh to New Dehli. The following visit to the largest vegetable market in Asia in “Old Dehli” will inspire you. At the end of the day we will take you on a rickshaw ride through the small winding streets of the old town and enjoy the “smell of India” on the spice market.

By jeep you will climb the hill to the Amber Fort. A stunning building from the 16th century. Enjoy the fantastic view over lunch at Restaurant 1135AD.
Transfer to the airport of Jaipur. Domestic flight via New Delhi to Kochin (South India). Transfer to Kumarakom. Your hotel is located in the well-known backwaters of Kerala.
Explore the area by motorboat. Enjoy the drive through the world famous backwaters of Kerala and its rice fields. Lunch at an Indian family on their farm. The rest of the day is at leisure. Do you just want to relax or do you want to try an ayurvedic massage?
